Bryan Cromwell

M.S., Industrial & Organizational Psychology

Bryan brings over 20 years of progressive experience in human resources, organizational development, and leadership strategy, guiding organizations through transformation, growth, and change. His work spans all facets of the talent lifecycle, from workforce planning and acquisition to development, succession, and culture.

Throughout his career, Bryan has designed and led enterprise-wide people strategies that improve leadership capability, strengthen organizational culture, and accelerate performance. His background in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, paired with certifications in Executive Coaching, Organizational Development, and as a SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP), enables him to bridge the science of talent with the art of leadership.

Amanda Hecht

SHRM-CP

Amanda brings more than 17 years of human resources leadership experience across manufacturing and global organizations. Her expertise includes talent acquisition, employee relations, leadership development, succession planning, performance management, and talent strategy.

Prior to joining Endeavor, Amanda held HR leadership roles with Nestlé and Franklin Electric, where she led HR operations, talent initiatives, leadership development programs, and enterprise talent processes. As a SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) and Hogan-certified practitioner, she partners with leaders to develop talent, navigate complex people challenges, and build high-performing teams.

Amanda earned her Business Management degree from Indiana University and is actively involved in supporting local Greater Fort Wayne community and educational organizations.
